Owners -Yolanda and Carlos Rossi
Relocating from New York the husband and wife team of Yolanda and Carlos Rossi are the visionaries who wished to establish the premier European Café on Miracle Mile.  Yolanda a Miami native born of Cuban parents graduated from FIU and went to New York to appease her appetite for big challenges.  In so doing she traveled the world and honed her management skills along with developing a discriminating palate.  Carlos born in Puerto Rico from Spanish and French parents also left his beloved island to relocate to New York and establish his own advertising business. One of their earlier restaurants was “Torreblanca”, the renowned fine dining Spanish international cuisine restaurant in Puerto Rico.  These days the restaurant is known as “Jose, José” and after 30 years is still considered the place by which others are measured for their excellence of service and culinary expertise.  The Rossi’s passion for hospitality is reflected in Angelique’s character, and the joy of providing unsurpassed personal service in a refined but comfortable and familiar ambiance.  



The Chef - Chef LeRoy Bautista
Our Chef LeRoy Bautista was classically trained at Instituto Alberghiero in Sardinia, Italy and continued his culinary evolution while spending time in the capitals of Western Europe.  Chef LeRoy has spent the last 18 years building his unique talents in the demanding New Orleans restaurant scene.  His innovative use of classical techniques and eclectic flavors has brought critical acclaim to the renowned Pelican Club, the world famous Louis XVI, nationally recognized 56 Degrees restaurant and more recently Refuel Cafe.  Chef LeRoy's unique skills has earned him national mention in USA Today’s culinary pages, plus innumerable other awards as a James Beard Foundation Award Recipient and many others.  Chef LeRoy has always dedicated himself to the act of creating long lasting memories with his food, superior cuisine, stunning presentations, and most of all his attention to detail combined with the highest quality products to serve the most discriminating palette.
